In 2018, “wandering” into a vegan buffet in Stockholm, I hatched a secret plan. My husband—an unabashed meat lover—always teased my vegetarian plates as “just sides,” so I let him roam this rustic buffet alone. Fresh-baked French breads, Mediterranean broccoli pesto pasta and lasagna, Indian curries, Middle Eastern rice, hummus and tabbouleh… one plate and he was hooked. That moment showed us the magic of global plant-based cuisine: it isn’t about giving something up, it’s about discovering something new. We began chasing that feeling everywhere we traveled—sampling vibrant, veggie-forward meals from Prague to Merida, then sharing our finds with friends who thought “plant-based” meant boring. Earthinest (was born to make that same journey easy for everyone. We curate and deliver world-spanning, chef-crafted dishes designed to delight meat eaters and veggie fans alike—so you can eat less meat for good, one unforgettable flavor at a time.
